Our focus on quality, safety and service, added to the flexibility of a customer-oriented organization, allows us to use different combinations of these adventure expeditions to create a whole range of exclusive products to fit our business clients' needs for groups of 10 or more persons. We also have special products for the business sector created to support an organization's development and culture, and to acquire the tools needed to improve the work environment and increase productivity. 3. Reservations Systems All reservations for groups of more than 10 people are subject to availability and capacity of the expedition requested. For group reservation requests, please contact: Monica Leyva at

4. Policies on Changes and Cancellations The Groups Department must receive any change or cancellation directly, via fax or e-mail within the established time limits to avoid paying a penalty. Total Cancellations: Sendero Mexico must receive requests for total cancellation five days before the activity package. Reduction of Block: Any reduction in blocked capacity must be received by e-mail 48 hours before the expedition. Increase in Number of Passengers: Any request for increase in blocked space once the guarantee has been set will be subject to availability and group capacity. 5. Food & Beverages Food & Beverages on the Deer Island Kayak Tour are based on fruit, pasteries, sandwiches and raw vegetables, and an open bar on water and soft drinks.
An additional charge will be made for Groups with special requirements outside the parameters of the generic tour. The Groups Department will quote special requests at the time they are made.

Additional Services For groups requiring lodging we boast very competitive rates at the Hotel Playa Mazatlan, for ease of putting your groups needs together, allow us the oportunity to quote you a complete package. We have the services of a professional photographer who joins the group and accompanies them at all times to take shots of the most memorable moments. We also have a series of promotional items that can be personalized for an additional cost. |
